Dr. Jacquetta Davis is a Houston native who achieved academic excellence at Westbury Senior High School, graduating in the top ten percent of her class. She was recognized with the Dozoretz National Institute for Mathematics and Applied Science (DNIMAS) award and went on to attend Norfolk State University. During her time as an undergraduate student, Dr. Davis served as the president of the DNIMAS Student Association and actively participated in various student organizations, including Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. She graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in biology and a minor in chemistry. Dr. Davis continued her education and earned a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas. Throughout dental school, she conducted research projects and actively engaged in community outreach programs. She was a member of prestigious organizations such as the American Student Dental Association, the Student National Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Since 2017, Dr. Davis has been an integral part of the Gulfside Dental Team, where she takes great pleasure in providing dental care to patients of all ages. Her approach to dentistry is both pleasant and practical. While she is passionate about her profession, Dr. Davis also values spending quality time with her loved ones and enjoys moments of relaxation away from the office.
