What to Expect at Your First Visit

Your first visit is all about you – your comfort, your happiness, and your health.

During your first visit, we will:

• Review your dental and medical history forms
• Take radiographs of your teeth
• Perform a comprehensive exam
• Check your teeth and gums for any signs of decay and gingivitis or periodontitis.

After your exam, the dentist will review your radiographs and findings with you. The dentist will discuss all treatment options and work with you to create a treatment plan that meets your needs.

Bring your smile, but also remember to bring these with you to your first appointment:

If you are a new patient, please download or fill out the online form (click links below), before your first appointment. Email completed copies to the office (GulfsideDental@mb2dental.com, GulfsideGalveston@mb2dental.com,  GulfsidePortArthur@mb2dental.com) or bring printed copies with you to your first visit! Having forms completed before you come in will help us to ensure you are seen in a timely manner.
