First Visit Expectations
During your initial appointment, our main focus is on you – ensuring your comfort, happiness, and overall well-being.
Throughout this visit, we will:
- Please check your dental and medical history forms
- Get dental X-rays
- Perform a thorough examination
- Check your teeth and gums for any signs of decay and gingivitis or periodontitis.
Once your exam is complete, the dentist will go over your radiographs and findings. They will then discuss various treatment options and collaborate with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that caters to your specific requirements.
New Patient Forms
Please remember to bring your smile to your first appointment. Additionally, if you are a new patient, please download or fill out the online form by clicking the links below before your appointment. You can email the completed forms to the office at GulfsideDental@mb2dental.com or GulfsideGalveston@mb2dental.com. Alternatively, you can bring printed copies with you to your first visit. Completing the forms beforehand will help us ensure that you are seen promptly.
