What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your first visit is all about you – your comfort, your happiness, and your health.
During your first visit, we will:
Review your dental and medical history forms
- Please have X-rays taken of your teeth.
- Please conduct a thorough examination.
- Make sure to examine your teeth and gums for any indications of decay, gingivitis, or periodontitis.
After your exam, the dentist will review your radiographs and findings with you. The dentist will discuss all treatment options and work with you to create a treatment plan that meets your needs.
New Patient Forms
Please remember to bring your smile to your first appointment. Additionally, if you are a new patient, please download or fill out the online form by clicking the links below before your appointment. You can email the completed forms to the office at GulfsideDental@mb2dental.com, GulfsideGalveston@mb2dental.com, or GulfsidePortArthur@mb2dental.com. Alternatively, you can bring printed copies with you to your first visit. Completing the forms beforehand will help us ensure that you are seen promptly.

We understand that you have a busy schedule, so when you’re preparing to visit the dentist, please remember that your appointments can last between 45 and 90 minutes.

The cost of your treatment will vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. We will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each of your available payment options before you begin, so that you can make the best choice for you.
